Meltem Mftler-Ba is Professor of International Relations and Jean Monnet chair at Sabanci University, Istanbul, Turkey. She is also an Affiliate Professor at University of Stockholm from 2013 to 2016. Prof. Mftler-Ba authored Turkeys Relations with a Changing Europe published by the Manchester University Press in 1997, and Turkey and the European Union Relations: Dilemmas, Opportunities and Constraints, co-edited with Yannis Stivachtis and published by Lexington books in 2008.
